Bio
April began her career in Saskatchewan, and has since enjoyed transferring her knowledge, experience, and skills to the West Coast. She has worked on both new building and renovation projects that include; multi-family residential buildings, health care facilities, institutional projects, office buildings, and tenant improvements. April enjoys working within a team, and is dedicated, focused, and pays close attention to detail.
Tell us about your other degrees or qualifications.
I learned to play the piano at a young age and my passion for music remains strong to this day. I have a Piano Performer's diploma (ARCT) from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto.
Is there an architecturally significant city you would like to visit?
I would love to explore the architecture in Spain (Barcelona, Seville, Granada, Bilboa, and other cities) to experience the grand, dramatic buildings and intricately detailed structures. The photos I have seen of the buildings and the beautiful, natural landscape evoke a sense of awe in me.
