Designing to embrace the changing retail needs of a thriving neighbourhood while observing historic Oak Bay.

The design approach is modelled on a classic “Market Hall” typology, leveraging the height and space of its traditional gabled roofline and creating a daylit and airy space where the goods for sale and the activity of the patrons take center stage.
The result is a storefront that is modern and elegant but still recognizably the Red Barn brand.
